HOW WE WORK
ON-SITE CONSULTATION
We start with an on-site visit where we walk through your project space, we discuss the scope of your project, timeline, budget, likes and dislikes. We take measurements and pictures of the space to bring back to our office to begin working on your interior design.
SCHEDULE DESIGN PRESENTATION MEETING
After our on-site consultation, we compile the information we took to help us create a flat fee for your interior design presentation. Your fee is based on the scope and detail of your project. We then schedule an appointment where we present your completed space with 2D and 3D renderings, digital 3D live walkthrough, concept boards, estimated budget, and preliminary furniture/ fixture selections. Each presentation includes one round of revisions.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT/SIGN A CONTRACT
After your interior design presentation and first round of revisions are complete, you can hire us on an hourly basis to complete all or portions of your project. After signing our contract, we will be here to help you manage your project to the end, working with architects/contractors, or utilize us for whatever portion of your project you need.
PROCUREMENT OF PRODUCTS/INSTALLATION
We will shop for you, procure, and install all the finishing touches. We call this "the cherry on top." Now, you get to sit back relax and enjoy your space!
